Days after LeBron James‘ basketball IQ made Mind the Game the most anticipated basketball podcast, wife Savannah James follows suit. After hinting a podcast of her own for weeks Savannah posted, what is definitely not the final one of the teasers, on her Instagram.

Savannah posted a meme created from a short clip of her Everybody’s Crazy podcast with April McDaniel (founder of Crown & Conquer). The clip was posed along a fun narrative to highlight the duo’s quirky-side, that could not help but display their true personality despite being in front of the camera.

Apparently, being themselves has worked for Savannah and April. Even before the launch of their first episode on April 30, the two have garnered massive attention on their venture. Through promotional posts and apt marketing, the duo’s podcast page on Instagram already has more than 18k followers. All thanks to Savannah’s huge fandom and April’s time with her creative agency embracing brands like Addidas, Spotify, and LeBron & Maverick Carter’s  SpringHill.

In one of their engaging spins, Savannah James and McDaniel even opened a calling line for the fans, asking them to chip in with their “Name, City and What’s your crazy?.” Additionally, the two planted another solid marketing stunt, getting a hint of the roar their potential podcast is making along the process. After claiming the podcast’s launching date to be at the start of April, the two flipped the script, citing it as an April Fools prank. “Y’all thought we were launching today but… APRIL FOOLS!,” Savannah wrote on her Instagram. However, despite the disappointment, fans have only radiated an increase in their anticipation.

From shooting hurtful comments towards LeBron James, Savannah’s staunch approach to make the fans wait worked wonders for the podcast’s hype. Fortunately, it has also segregated her true fans, who constantly show support and patience for her new journey.

The same was reflected in the comment section of the Insta post, as one of the fans commented, “I’m counting down the days to the first episode, laughing and have no idea what was said.”

Another fan recognized the essence of Savannah’s clip, writing, “Just crackling for the reasons only we know,” while tagging her best friend.

Moreover, fans could not get enough of the context-less laughter in the video. One fan quipped, “You sold me at the snort,” while another commented, “It’s the snort of besties.” Additionally, another fan claimed that “It’s the handclap that tk the laugh next level.”

Savannah is slowly gripping all that her life and fans have to offer. Often choosing to stay behind the bleachers, it is her first major stint which directly involves engaging with fans. And from what it looks like from their excitement, it might stick along for a long-time.
