TikTok users are on edge, waiting to see what the Supreme Court decides about the app’s future in the U.S. The court has given TikTok a critical ultimatum, either the company must win its ongoing legal battle against the government or secure an American owner within the next three days.

The whole issue stems from privacy concerns, with accusations that TikTok might be collecting user data and even being used for influence operations by the Chinese government. Since a huge chunk of TikTok’s audience is in the U.S., the government isn’t willing to take any risks. This leaves Savannah James and millions of users in limbo.

Savannah unveiled her love for TikTok in one of the episodes of the podcast, admitting that she was hooked on the app. But the 38-year-old refused to see it the same way as she sees the other social media platforms. “We cannot put TikTok in the same category as social media,” she boldly claimed. Wondering why? Well, she had a solid justification. “It is informative, it tells you everything you need to know. Anything you want to learn. I’m a very curious person so that draws me in and it keeps me there okay?”

Apart from the mommy and daughter grooving to music together, Bronny, Bryce, and Zhuri had joined Savannah for the “What’s in the Cup” challenge when it was trending all over the internet. While it’s clearly entertaining for Savannah, the whole family embraces these fun moments. And of course, Zhuri is undoubtedly the life of the party, stealing the show with her sheer adorableness. These videos would often make their way onto Instagram stories, giving fans a glimpse into the James family’s fun moments. But with the uncertainty surrounding TikTok’s future and the court’s impending judgment, they might not be posted anymore.

However, there are plenty of other apps out there that use similar strategies to TikTok and are legally approved. Savannah could easily explore these alternatives and continue building her following. After all, connecting with people is something she’s already great at, so growing her presence on a new platform would be no big deal for Mrs. James.
