“I love my kids, I love my husband, I love my family, I love my friends, but wasn’t always in love with myself. I would tell myself to open your heart. You’re worthy. You’re enough.” Savannah James once opened up on her podcast about being vulnerable and explained she would hold back from loving herself. It feels I mean I have to say it makes me feel butterflies inside. Just because like she was saying I didn’t think that you could have a soulmate and a friend. I thought that was always someone romantic or you know whatever, but um it makes me feel good. It makes me feel seen.” The Ohio native on her latest episode of the podcast shared how her co-host April McDaniel is her soulmate and a friend. And the concept of soulmate previously for her was only limited to partner LeBron James.

Like I think a part of being seen, I think is what you were saying, like a trauma response from when you were younger and why I go in and the way that I react to things.” Savannah admitted there are times when she is less available but McDaniel understands it perfectly. “To have someone understand part of me and say like I know that how she is and it’s okay.” Even her soulmate expressed a similar sentiment, which led to Savannah admitting her feelings on Everybody’s Crazy

Also for me, what’s really interesting is having a soulmate as a friend. So I didn’t really get that until now.” McDaniel revealed that she has two such soulmates/friends who are “live and die for.” One of them is obviously Savannah James and explained that they are polar opposites in terms of personality. “It just brings me such joy like and I didn’t think that was possible.”

Even though they might not be able to spend the holiday together, that doesn’t mean LeBron James makes less effort. In the previous episode, Savannah James stated, “I can’t. I’m not saying what it was. But I have, and it almost brought me to tears.” Further, she added, “Shout out to my husband. Great gift.”

Even though he misses some family time due to his career, he most certainly makes her wife his priority. Especially after all the sacrifices she has made and stood with him through thick and thin.
