Who needs rules when you’ve got Savannah James rewriting the entire playbook? In a world that barely gives room to breathe, she takes a moment to pause. To heal. To let her body speak. Between business meetings and family life, she chose something few dare to try. Something bold. Something that whispers discipline louder than words ever could. It’s not a trend or a shortcut. It’s a journey through discomfort toward clarity. And somehow, in the chaos, she’s making it look effortless. Almost graceful.
On Tuesday, Vannah and April McDaniels came back with the fourth season of the Everybody’s Crazy podcast. The ladies’ return to the business since December 2024 seems like a fresh and refreshing start this summer. Amidst their many conversations, Mrs. James shared an insight into her diet; and you can call it unique to say the least.
“I definitely eat pizza with no cheese, which is wild because it’s eating pizza. It’s giving tomato bread. It’s giving bread, tomato sauce, and pepperoni,” Savannah James confessed. Truly, can you call a pizza a pizza without cheese? Perhaps not. So, April rebuttals, “That’s not classified as pizza anymore.” Savannah counters, saying, “That is pizza! I love it.” Meanwhile, McDaniel asked, “If you have something crazy, you eat.” And James replies, “I don’t. I’m very regular.”

However, April McDaniels wasn’t having it, she knew Savannah James was hiding her true diet. So, she reveals, “No. All you do is drink juice for twelve months. That’s kinda crazy. That’s crazy. With no food. With no hard, solid foods. That is crazy.” But why does the 39-year-old go without food? “Well, you know, sometimes you have to detox your body, let your let your body do what the body is gonna do and repair itself, and it requires a little less, you know,” she revealed.
Yet this summer isn’t only about juice cleanses and business revivals. Instead, it runs much deeper. Amid the laughs and late-night podcast sessions, emotions quietly linger in the background. At the same time, Savannah isn’t just caring for her body. Rather, she’s nurturing her heart. Moreover, she’s staying close to the people who matter most.
