The all-new Shaq-Shannon beef might come to an end. Amid the NBA playoff frenzy, two superstar analysts got into a heated online argument involving the reigning MVP, Nikola Jokic. Shannon Sharpe ignited the wildfire when he said Shaquille O’Neal was envious of Jokic and also took a dig at his work ethic. In response to the under-the-belt attack, Shaq fired up a smoking hot write-up via his social media. While it was expected to blow up further, Stephen A. Smith put it out.

In the latest episode of The Stephen A. Smith Show, the star analyst stressed that the argument was between two sporting legends. And he also said that the rest of us should stay out of it. A. Smith added, “Shaq got four rings, Shannon got three. It’s a conversation that most of us have no business partaking in… I just want to let y’all know about it because damn it Shaq texted to me on my phone and said, ‘damn it play it hell with all that, play that sh*t'”

Nevertheless, Smith seemed to be the only person who believed that everything between the legends was fine. Dr. Shaq hasn’t rested a bit ever since Sharpe dropped the controversial opinion. The LA Lakers legend big man took to his IG handle and dropped multiple responses to the dig. In fact, he even dropped a diss track, taking the beef to the Drake-Kendrick Lamar affair.

Apart from the diss track, Shaq also churned out a few harsh words at the NFL legend, attacking his podcast business. The Lakers legend said, “I kno you tryna stay relevant by gossiping on your podcast… if you need help making money it’s better ways than gossiping.”

More importantly, Diesel threatened to expose Sharpe by writing, Don’t forget i know what you did to get were you at.”

Shannon Sharpe hits back after Shaq’s brutal reply

Hours after Shaq questioned his ways to get to the place where he had reached, Shannon Sharpe had a sincere response via his podcast. Moreover, he also shared it on his X handle with a caption that read, “NO BACK TRACK. NO BEEF. JUST CONTEXT.”

Sharpe added, “I got what I got because I worked my a** off. God gave me the ability to do what I could do… He gave me discipline, he gave me dedication. I never half a**ed it.” However, he pushed the beef further by again questioning Shaq’s work ethic.

He continued his monologue saying, “My question is, do you believe that you gave everything you possibly could in basketball? Did you train the way you should have? Did you eat the way you should have? He’s the most dominant big man in the history of the game and he got one MVP.”

Following that, he doubled it down saying, “You’re more famous than me. You’re gonna have way more money than I ever have but nobody will ever say that I was lazy or cheated myself. “Will Shaq hit back at Sharpe once again for targeting his work ethic? Let us know in the comments.
