The Fastbreak is one of the most exciting plays in basketball. To execute the play, it needs sharp vision, will to run hard, and then a strong finish. This Play utilizes all sorts of combinations among all the positions. One of the most iconic Fastbreak duos has been LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

The duo executed some of the best lobs in the history and built an excellent chemistry.  This chemistry also led to some of the most memorable no-look passes. Wade lately posts a photo and asks whether the play in it is a lob or a no-look bounce pass.

Dwyane Wade dishes, LeBron James dunks

A Wade dish to LeBron is one of the most enthralling sights in the world. The two made so many memories thanks to the adaptability of Wade and the ever-present talent of James. Dwyane Wade took to Instagram and posted a photo, asking what pass led to this King James jam.

This play is from 7 December 2010, when the Miami Heat played the Milwaukee Bucks. This was the first season after James took his talents to the Heat. This play comes during the fourth minute into the first quarter with the Heat leading 6-2. After lefty Brandon Jennings’ three-point attempt clanks the back rim, the ball first taps through Luc Mbah a Moute’s hand and then touches Andrew Bogut’s hand too. Both the Bucks players are unable to fetch it.

A quick Wade hustles to the ball and, continuing the hustle motion, quickly dribbles the ball toward the scoring area. LBJ leaks from the left wing and then the Flash dishes an absolute peach of a no-look behind the back pass when he is between the three-point line and the free-throw. James reads the play perfectly, collects the ball, begins his steps from about 15-ft, and then slams it with authority.

Such plays were abundant when these two suited up together. Therefore, Wade’s question is a little tricky for many.

An easy answer for the “real ones”

While this question can stump many, Texas Southern Tiger Men’s Player Shaqir O’Neal immediately identified the pass. Responding to Wade’s question, he commented, “no look bounce”.

Apart from Shaqir, Miami Heat’s official handle also weighed in, commenting, “Real ones know!”. Former NBA player Roger Mason wrote, ”This might be the best lob photo ever bruh!!! 🔥🔥🔥”.

Considering many can identify the photo straightaway sums up its greatness. This was just a month or so into the Wade-LeBron partnership, so such plays only became more commonplace.
