As LeBron James enjoys himself in the star-studded 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Savannah James cheers for her husband from the couch. The tables were turned last year when she represented LeBron on the grand stage, as he tended to his injury. While James was busy showing his amazement at his wife’s look last year, Savannah has resorted to chilling with her children – majorly Bryce James.

Savannah took to the cozy cocoon of her home after launching her first-ever podcast. However, the night seemed to have just started for Bryce, as the 16-year-old dropped an impromptu show, rapping and making strides across the room. Whipping her phone faster than Bryce’s bars, Savannah shared the moment with her fans on Instagram. Moreover, she resonated with her surprise by posting an Olivia Colman gif.

While Savannah’s surprise can be validated, there’s no source behind Bryce’s sudden spark of energy. Probably his mini-mixtape by @imanisvision has the young hooper hyped?

Bryce, just like his father and elder brother (Bronny) aspires to make his name known in the basketball realm. Currently, he resorts with Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, often playing ball about 30 miles from the Los Angeles Lakers‘ Crypto.com Arena.

While LeBron James skipped his collegiate journey for the NBA, his sons are taking the traditional route to the league. Bronny is already playing for the USC Trojans, with speculations of entering the NBA within the next 2 years. However, there’s quite a journey left for Bryce, as he will be eligible to declare for the drafts as soon as 2026.

Bryce James might be better than Bronny

After a heart condition sidelining him for months, Bronny James’ return to the court is one of the greatest stories in the basketball world. However, his performances are yet to add the cherry top to the narrative. He is averaging below 5 points in his season with the Trojans, shooting around the 37% mark.

Regardless, given the talent that runs in the family, it will not be a surprise if Bronny returns to his thrilling ways soon. Nevertheless, even during his best days, Gilbert Arenas, the former NBA star who has trained the brother earlier, claims that Bryce’s skills can soon overshadow Bronny.

While the fans already cite Bryce’s skills close to LeBron, Arenas applauded Bryce’s IQ in a recent interview. Moreover, in 2022, NBA Insider Brian Windhorst claimed that many people assume Bryce to be a better prospect than his elder brother.
