Kerr regrets how Jordan Poole’s Warriors stint ended

At one point, Jordan Poole was dubbed the third member of the “Splash Bros”. However, his career hasn’t lived up to the expectations of many Warriors fans. Following a disappointing 2022-23 season, Jordan Poole was traded to the Washington Wizards this offseason. During the 2022-23 season, the environment within the Warriors’ camp was rife with tension because Draymond Green punched Jordan Poole.

In hindsight, it’s evident that the Warriors could have managed the situation more effectively, a sentiment recently acknowledged by Steve Kerr. He said, “We could have done better.” However many fans felt that it was too late for the Warriors to acknowledge their mistakes. An X (formerly Twitter) user by the name of El Fantasma wrote, I’m not gonna lie this front office and coach are spineless, they just repeated the same mistake as the KD situation basically, always letting Dray get away with it. That’s why I’ve always felt like Bob Myers was a coward and couldn’t say anything to Dray.”

The Warriors’ inadequate dealings with Draymond’s behavior have reared its ugly head. Following Green’s continuous “unsportsmanlike conduct”, the NBA suspended him indefinitely. Draymond will miss at least three weeks due to the suspension.
