For LeBron James, his daughter is his “greatest” happiness. “Whenever she smiles, it don’t matter what I’m doing, it makes me happy,” James said about Zhuri in an interview with Access Hollywood in 2021. The doting father ensures to guide his daughter in her pursuits. Even if it’s not his expertise, King James continues to cheer for the kiddo, with the basketball champ recently turning into a volleyball coach to support his daughter. 

The proud parents keep sharing interesting snaps and snippets of the 9-year-old’s volleyball game practices on their social media handles. James often attends his daughter’s games. Once again, his wife Savannah shared a clip of  Zhuri’s practice session with her teammates. In the video, LeBron’s excitement could be heard as he screamed, “Step at it baby,” as Zhuri stood for the commanding serve. 

It’s not surprising then that to see the 2X Olympic Gold medal winner become a coach. After all, he is the biggest fan of his kids. Just last year, James shared a clip from her games on his Instagram and captioned it, “Another One in the making! Uh-Oh 😱!!” Let’s Gooooooo Munchin!! @allthingszhuri got NEXT!!”

Bronny James is excited for the NBA draft

The Los Angeles Lakers star’s athletic children are incredibly busy this year. After watching this clip, we can tell that the 9-year-old’s schedule will be hectic. Meanwhile, the second eldest in the James family is also busy preparing to enter AAU basketball. On the other hand, James’ eldest, Bronny, is gearing up to fulfill both his father’s and his dreams. 

Just last year, Bronny experienced a cardiac arrest during a workout session at USC, shocking his fans and well-wishers. It was due to a congenital heart defect. However, the champion has since returned to full health and declared for the NBA draft. During his participation in the scrimmage, he interacted with reporters too. 

Speaking of the Draft combine, Bronny said, “It’s just a great thing to happen to me, in terms of just being grateful for everything. I put in the work and stuff like that to get back, so I feel like I’ve earned the opportunity. I’m extremely grateful for everything that’s been given to me.” It’s no longer just his father’s dream, Bronny is serious about making an impression.

Every James kid is talented. While Zhuri’s brothers follow their father’s footsteps in playing basketball, the little kiddo has found her passion for volleyball.
