The superstar has had trouble with his ankle throughout his career, right from his rookie season. He had somehow managed to get his career running by escaping major injuries. However, when he rolled his ankle during the Bulls game, everyone thought it must be curtains for Stephen Curry in this season.

The shock mellowed down after each update as the management said that he was cleared to get back on the court. Even then hours before the game, he hinted that he might not play tonight’s game. Steph added, “Can’t fast forward or cheat the healing process. Kind of on the fence whether you can push through and not make it worse but deal the pain.”

Nevertheless, he turned up at the arena to face his archrivals with a dominating performance. While he was known for his 3-point shooting, he relied entirely on two-point shooting tonight, making 12 field goals out of which only 3 were from behind the arc. Importantly, it has always been a treat whenever Steph takes on the Lakers.
