?Here?s the thing. The problem with the Warriors last season had nothing to do with adding another playmaker. It had everything to do with chemistry problems. Let?s be real. Jordan Poole and the Draymond Green situation is what altered their season in training camp.?
Perkins’ take on Jordan Poole
Kendrick Perkins firmly believed that the altercation between Draymond Green and Jordan Poole was the reason why the Warriors failed to run it back last season and why this Chris Paul trade took place. He even went so far as to praise Poole.

Perkins went on to say, ?We have to remember, Jordan Poole helped this Warriors team win a championship two years ago. Jordan Poole, in some people?s eyes, should?ve won Most Improved Player. Two years ago, Jordan Poole was the guy that showed that he could create for himself and others when his mind was right.??

?So, everything that happened was that he got his bag and then him and Draymond got into the altercation. If him and Draymond don?t get into that altercation, I believe that Jordan Poole would still be on this team. And that they would be running it back and they will be proud of the hundred-plus million that they had invested in them.?

Perkins mentioned that the way the Golden State Warriors team is constructed right now, he does not see them being in the top eight teams in the league. Now, whether the Warriors have a successful season or not, only time will tell.
