NBA star Stephen Curry is taking the golf course by storm in the offseason. The Golden State Warriors’ poster boy pulled off an impossible shot in the ongoing American Century Championship. The All-Star point guard got a hole-in-one in his first attempt leaving fans and his fellows in utter disbelief. The pro-stroke even baffled his NFL nemesis with whom Curry lately settled scores.

Following the shot, an ecstatic Curry ran all the way down the course. Fans termed it an amazing run of history-making by a star whose court feats are second to none.

Stephen Curry managed to get a hole-in-one using a pitching wedge on the 153-yard-long par-3. The golf ball bounced a couple of times before making its way to the bottom of the hole.

The four-time NBA champion could not handle his excitement as he sprinted all the way down to the 7th hole while waving his arms frantically. And at the end, he took sort of a victory lap to cap it off.

But Curry’s hole-in-one wasn’t the first in the American Century Championship. Four others managed to achieve that feat before him. However, Curry was the first one to achieve a hole-in-one on the par-37th to be recorded.

After his amazing feat, Curry said, “All I saw was a bunch of hands go up. And then you just kind of black out. Celebrate. Crazy shot. Especially in a tournament like this, that atmosphere. I’m still coming down from the adrenaline rush. That was nuts.”

Curry went on to mention that all the celebration did tire him out and had to catch his breath for a minute.

Curry’s hole-in-one not only surprised him but also his fellow athletes and fans on social media.

Los Angeles Lakers star forward LeBron James could not help but react to it.

Even Kansas City Chiefs star player Patrick Mahomes went to Twitter to share his amazement.

While one fan tweeted, “The impressive thing is how accurate it was. Like, you almost got it to go straight into the hole. That was one hell of a shot.” Another fan commented, “It’d be awesome if when you retire from the nba you became a pro in golf. So I could continue to watch greatness.”

Fans in the comments section praised Curry’s talent and were amazed by his skills, just like James and Mahomes.
