Ayesha Curry, a cookbook author, and a chef, has been a role model for many people, especially when it comes to health and physical fitness. Ayesha had admitted that she had put on some extra pounds “since the day I started having kids“. However, she amazed fans with her remarkable transformation, a weight loss journey that is inspiring to many. 

The 33-year-old television personality and cookbook author set a goal for herself to improve her fitness and overall health. And it seems she has achieved just that. But she also admits that her health routine is very different from her husband Steph’s.

Ayesha’s insane transformation after having kids

After having kids, Ayesha’s insane physical transformation was quick to go viral among fans. Her social media followers were quick to praise her physical fitness, showering her with positive comments. While the journey has been met with widespread admiration, there have been some concerns raised by fans regarding the methods she might have employed to achieve her goals. Amid the sea of positive comments, some fans expressed concern about Ayesha’s health. Fearing that she might have taken drastic measures to lose weight.

The role of Steph in Ayesha’s transformation

Interestingly, Ayesha credited her “athletic” husband Stephen Curry for her insane weight loss: “…Since the day I started having kids”. On “The Rachael Ray Show,” Ayesha admitted that unrealistic expectations and a sense of competition with her husband, basketball star initially held her progress back. “I feel like I’ve been on a journey. I mean, since the day I started having kids,” Curry said.

“One of the biggest things for me that was a hindrance in a sense was I was competing in my own weird, twisted way in my head with my very athletic husband and thinking that I had to do all of the things that he was doing in order to find my balance and to stay fit,”
