Weeks after fixing the Jonathan Kuminga issue, the Dubs have a new issue lined up. It is the lack of playtime for young guard Moses Moody. During tonight’s loss against the Denver Nuggets, the impressive 21-year-old didn’t get the call to lace up. The team eventually solved the issue when Steve Kerr made a massive addition to the team’s starting lineup.

However, in Moody’s case, Kerr seemed to be more adamant. Speaking of the Moody issue, he said, “There’s only so many guys that I can play… Already had 11 guys in the rotation which is almost impossible. 12 is impossible. He is out of the loop right now.”

Steve Kerr has had unusual problems as a coach. The star coach has a lot of quality ballers in his arsenal, but he finds it difficult to rotate them into the game. The Dubs have a lot of young talents like Brandin Podziemski, Lestor Quinones, Trayce Jackson-Davis, Moses Moody, and Jonathan Kuminga. While Kuminga and Podziemski found their way to the starting line-up with their valuable contributions, others have important roles from the bench.

However, one of them might miss the chance to even step on the court. Lately, it has been Moody. He currently playing his third season for the Dubs, and had to give up his spot to three rookies. This decision may be intended for the betterment of the side, but it is definitely not welcomed by the Dub Nation.

Moody had a similar stretch last month when he didn’t get consistent time on the court. During the game against the Detroit Pistons at home, the crowd erupted into loud chants, calling the youngster’s name when he clocked in.
