Talking with James’ business partner, Maverick Carter, Joel Embiid, gave some details about this partnership. Interestingly, rival companies like HBO, Showtime, and others were put on notice by Carter.

“We really built the company focused on building a brand that really should become a platform to give athletes a place to really tell their stories. There was a need for it. There are great, great, sports media companies like ESPN, Fox, Showtime does amazing things, and HBO, but we felt that there wasn’t a place that really focused on the athletes and their point of view on the storytelling”, said Carter during the interview with Embiid.

Unlike its competitors, Miniature GÉANT has an unorthodox mission. Its mission is to showcase the stories of people who have taken non-traditional routes to success. Who better to be the face of the company other than Embiid?
