Victor Wembanyama Injury Report: Spurs Dealt With Shocker Amid Astonishing Form of 20YO Frenchman

San Antonio Spurs‘ star rookie Victor Wembanyama faces injury trouble after the record night. The San Antonio side has had the poorest record in the Western Conference so far, losing close to 50 games. However, the only positive for the team and its management is the explosive rookie season of the 20-year-old. Despite losing games, Wemby continued to make and break records. Notably, he produced an astonishing record against the Indiana Pacers last night, but unfortunately, he also picked up an injury.
During the late end of the Pacers game, Wemby sustained a tremendous blow on his left shoulder when Myles Turner fouled him. While it didn’t impact him at the time, he suffered soreness later, and the team has added him to the injury report under Questionable category for tomorrow’s game against the Houston Rockets.
The Spurs have added Wembanyama to their injury report.
The club is listing him as questionable for Tuesday night’s game against the Rockets due to left shoulder soreness.

In the last few months, the story of Victor Wembanyama has reached a sky-rocketing success. The youth found himself in various elite clubs, sharing space alongside the legends of the game. Last night’s record, however, put him in a lonely place in the history. He became the first rookie in the NBA history to drop 25+ points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 blocks in back-to-back games.
While he was expected to repeat a similar performance against the Rockets tomorrow, the team listed him questionable for the action. The only positive is the status of the injury is in Day-to-day and the coach will take the call on the day of the game.
Last time when Wemby suffered an ankle injury, coach Gregg Popovich took great care of the rookie. Pop reduced his playing minutes and rested him during every back-to-back game.

Spurs vs Rockers – Predictions
The Spurs’ side is currently in the heights of confidence after beating the top-seeding OKC Thunder and the lethal Pacers in back-to-back games. The team will look to take home 3-game winning streak after strangling down the Rockets. Wembanyama’s participation could increase their chances of winning the game.
