The Los Angeles Clippers registered their third loss this season, losing against the New York Knicks. In a humiliating loss for the Clippers, the score stands 111-97 in favor of the Knicks. The superstar duo of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George could not sail the Clippers for a victory. The crowd at the Madison Square Gardens was lifted to see their team win.

The match was an important one, chiefly for James Harden, who finally got to shift teams and join the Clippers. He got his first playing minutes in this season. He was eager to get himself traded from the Sixers. The ten-time All-Star scored 17 points in the game, coupled with 6 assists, and 3 rebounds. Surely not a very impressive start for a player of his caliber.
