The road to his first NBA head coaching job was rewarding and frustrating at the same time for Charles Lee. At age 40, after spending ten long years as an assistant coach in the league, two years as a college assistant, and another couple of years on Wall Street after representing Bucknell University, Lee finally has his own team, the Charlotte Hornets.
