The Golden State Warriors have started their NBA season on the road and will be playing their first home game of the season against the LA Clippers tonight. Although playing away has not affected their impressive form as they rolled past the Trail Blazers with a 36-point win and then followed it up with a 41-point victory against the Jazz.

The National Anthem before the game will be performed by platinum recording artist Adrian Marcel. Adrian is an R&B singer, songwriter, and also a rapper from Oakland, California. He also attended Oakland School for the Arts and gives credit to his parents for encouraging him to pursue a career in the performing arts.

Warriors vs Clippers – Predicted lineups and injuries

Warriors Predicted Lineup and Injury List

The Warriors have used the same lineup for two games running and have no reason to change that for this game. Apart from great performances from Curry, Wiggins, and the rest of the starters Buddy Hield has started the season with a bang and has scored 20-plus points in both wins for the Dubs. Their lineup could be:

There is more good news for the Dubs Nation as they as of now have no injuries in their roster and are playing with their whole strength.

Similar to the Dubs lineup the Clippers have also started with the same players in both their games. James Harden has stepped up in both games in Kawhi Leonard’s absence. His teammates Ivica Zubac and Norman Powell have been providing Harden great support by taking off some offensive burden. They will also most likely not tweak their formation and could line up like this.

Notable injuries for the Clippers include Kawhi Leonard who is out due to a knee injury and will miss several weeks, followed by Mo Bamba who also is out due to a knee injury and will not play against the Warriors.

How the two sides have fared this season

The Dubs have been great in their two games making light work of their opposition whereas the Clippers have had a tougher time as they lost their first game to the Suns in overtime but eventually got their first win with a great performance against the Nuggets. So much so that the Joker’s effort of 41 points was not enough for the Nuggets to get the victory.

Ultimately, the Warriors go into this game as favorites because of their form and also the fact that they will have the home advantage. It will be a steep hill to climb for James Harden and the rest of the Clippers squad if they want to get a positive result out of this game.
