He is an avid golfer and this love for the sport was something he picked up in his early childhood. The couple indulges in enjoying the game together every chance they get. In a recent episode of the Jennifer Hudson Show, Ayesha was called an amazing golfer, and her response is hilarious.

The flattering remark by Hudson takes Ayesha aback and, in a moment of disbelief, she says, “Say that again? Say that again?” and starts laughing. Then she continues, “I’ll take that, I’m gonna put that in repeat in my home.” Ayesha admits that she is not an amazing golfer, but she is learning something new about the sport every day.

With Steph by her side, who, by the way, is a top-notch golfer himself, Ayesha says they enjoy doing the activity together no matter where they are in the world. Moreover, she is in good hands, as Steph teaches her a trick or two in every game. Ayesha comes clean that she is “obsessed” with the sport to the point where her Instagram algorithms have changed.

From cooking tips to golfing tips

Ayesha is an amazing chef herself, and so she says as compared to earlier when her Instagram algorithm would bombard her with cooking tips, how to cook short ribs for instance, it has now changed to content such as “how to get your ball to fly straight.” Well, that took a completely different turn, but it’s sweet to learn that the couple shares a common hobby where they can spend more time together.

Apart from launching the skincare line Sweet July, Ayesha also hosts her cooking show called Ayesha’s Homemade and is the author of two cookbooks, The Seasoned Life (2016), and The Full Plate (2020). Steph, on the other hand, is a proud winner of the acclaimed ACC golf title, creating history by becoming the first-ever African-American athlete to achieve this feat in July of this year.
