Fueled by the “big snub energy”, Young led his Team-high with 27 points and 32 points in 2023 and 2024, respectively. “Don’t put Baby in a corner” should be updated to “Don’t put Young in the All-Star Game” and watch him take his team to the Championship or at least the Conference finals.

It’s not over yet

With Embiid’s left knee meniscus tear and Julius Randle’s dislocated shoulder, a spot or two may just have opened up on the All-Star roster. This time it won’t be the fans, media, teams, or coaches doing the selection, but League Commissioner Adam Silver will select the replacement for the injured players.

Silver has presented four choices: Myles Turner, Derrick White, Kristaps Porzingis, and Trae Young. Will Ice Trae get his All-Star chance or will he lead his team to the Conference finals once again? We’ll soon find out!
