The rap sensation 50 Cent reaped the benefits of his latest partnership with Wolves. Following the Sunday night clash between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Houston Rockets, Anthony Edwards showcased a special gesture to the multiple Grammy Award winner. While the rapper’s fellow artists were at the 66th Grammy Awards event, he made his choice to witness the Wolves in action.

Edwards made it worth a while for the rapper, as he dropped a scintillating 32-pointer to lead his team to a comfortable 111-90 win. Moreover, AntMan further amped it up by giving his game-worn sneakers to him. While receiving the sneakers, 50 Cent was in all smiles, as he cracked everyone up around him with a joke. He tried to impersonate Edwards and said, “How rude! You thought you was important. You ain’t no motherf**king body.”

After receiving the sneakers, both stars posed for the paps, lined up in front of them. More than being a star rapper, In Da Club fame had the privilege of meeting Edwards on his way to the locker room, because of his recent partnership with Wolves.

Right before the 2023 postseason, Curtis Jackson A. K. A 50 Cent signed up for a corporate partnership with the Minnesota side. The rapper’s brand, Sire Spirits, linked up with the Wolves as the official spirit and champagne partner. As the partnership almost came down to its first anniversary, Jackson got his early surprise gift.

He is no stranger to the NBA and its glitz & glamor. In fact, the Timberwolves are only one of his favorite teams apart from the Sacramento Kings and Indiana Pacers.
