Stephen Curry’s stronghold became sturdy this offseason with an arrival of an ace player. This is even after the NBA star had a pugnacious past with Golden State Warriors’ power forward, Draymond Green. The beef traces its origins to Green’s comments, where he frankly spoke about his dislike of the player during a media interaction.

But with Green expressing his desire to let bygones be bygones, Stephen Curry has weighed in and has shown his optimism for the NBA player joining the Warriors.

In a deep-dive discussion with The Real Ones on The Ringer, Stephen Curry was asked about how the team is planning to strategise with Chris Paul. The question had a context. The Warriors and Paul’s playing style don’t really match.

But the Chef had an answer up his sleeves, “I think it starts with us, as the players. We always say that a great team that has a lot of talent. You know guys, who know how to do it. You have to bring your egos, you have to bring your full identities, of who you are to the table, but you also have to know when to sacrifice for the betterment of the group.”
