Chris Paul is 37 Yo, has played 19 seasons, and still hasn?t won any championships. Playing in the Warriors this season could be his best shot at the elusive ring. Chris? ball-handling time on the court is more than Steph?s in the last three seasons. In his career, Chris has beaten any kind of pick-and-roll defense, so with Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and him on the court could be deadly. But how exactly would he fit in with the warriors?

On a podcast, Rapper Mase had some words of wisdom for Chris Paul. He clearly said that with the goal of winning a championship, Paul must conform to the Warriors’ style of play rather than expecting them to adapt to him.

Mase?s gets real with Chris Paul

On It is what it is, Mase directly addressed Chris Paul and said, ?Listen to this Chris Paul, you must not go into the locker room trying to teach anybody, anything. You?re the rookie on that team?. His argument was simple: everybody in there has a ring and he didn?t. He is the one looking for a championship and warriors can help him achieve that. So he should comply with everyone, not the other way around. His non-compliance in the team would become a distraction and if warriors want they can haze Chris.?

He continued by saying, ?They (Warriors) should not conform to your (CP3) way of thinking. You should conform to all of the ways that they wanna do it. Coz they have a championship coach, and you are yet to win on that stage?.?

Will CP be able to find synergy with the Warriors?

Mase’s advice to Paul is not unfounded. Paul has a history of clashing with teammates. He was traded from the Rockets to the OKC because of his strained relationship with James Harden. He even has an ugly history with Draymond Green. Previously, Green said in a podcast that he ‘doesn?t like Chris at all’. But this is a new opportunity for both of them.
