Finally, when in front of the media, the Pheonix Suns forward gave his final verdict. However, he did acknowledge the significance the contest will hold in bridging gender inequalities in basketball.

“My final answer today is I will go with Steph. I just think the fact that you got the men’s and women’s game coming together to just help celebrate the game of basketball, it’s always good. Sabrina is such a great ambassador for the women’s game,” said KD. “When we get them both on the floor together to shoot some basketballs man it’s always going to be fun. Looking forward to it. It’s a new event we have. Hopefully, we can do more stuff like this with the WNBA as well on All-Star weekend. So they surely going to put a show on,”.
