Shaquille O’Neal Reveals Shocking Details on His Weight in the Recent Past: “Crept up to Around 415 Pounds”

Four-time NBA champion, Shaquille O’Neal does add a flavor to the basketball games. He jumps into the media and shares some of his opinions and thoughts whenever he gets a chance. And this time, Shaq has come up with an effective plan to lose the weight that crept up during the ‘stay home’ situation.

Shaq was readily available to put forth the actual disturbance he had in his health routine. He is one of the best celebrities to speak out about their experience with weight gain during the pandemic.

According to Jewel Wicker from Men’s Health, Shaq wants his shirtless picture to go on the web for his 50 birthday in March 2022.

After recording his highest overall weight-gain record to date of 415 pounds, Shaquille O’Neal has set a new goal: 350 pounds. Eventually, he has already reached the mark of 365 pounds, which seems to be more achievable to lose 15 more pounds.

It is very much undoubtful for him to attain 350 pounds with the kind of workout he is having. It is set to an hour of work through 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strengthening for four days a week.

In 2020, Shaquille O’Neal had a hard time digesting it with great pain for his personal losses and tragedy. He lost his enthusiasm to get back to the shape he was. The motivation was gone.
