The debate manages to divide the basketball world, leaving fans in a frenzy. In his recent interview with the Club Shay Shay, Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade, also participated in the arguments. Wade, with an upcoming Netflix documentary on his life, gives us an insight into his pick out of the two.

Dwyane Wade set to feature in a Netflix documentary

A prominent basketball figure himself, Dwayne Wade is all set to appear in an upcoming docu-series, ‘The Dads’ on Netflix. The series is set to focus on fathers of LGBTQ children. Dwayne, who’s now retired, faced a lot of backlash for supporting his child. The series is an inspiring vision coming to fruition, especially for Wade who didn’t leave his child’s side. Despite all negativity and adverse comments across social media, Wade expresses pride in his child, Zion.

The legendary NBA player is proud of Luchina Fisher’s Netflix project to raise awareness regarding such a sensitive topic. For something that has a significant impact on his personal life, the documentary will highlight his love for his child, despite the hatred from the world. Now we believe, he’s the GOAT here!

Dwyane Wade shares his take on the GOAT debate

In his interview with Shannon Sharpe, Dwyane gives us an insight into his experiences of playing with LeBron James and his personal opinions on the ongoing GOAT (Greatest of All Time) debate.

Wade states, “It’s not that we won’t have another great player to come along. We just will not have another LeBron James. We still talking about Jordan all these years later.”

He highlights LeBron’s greatness is best appreciated up close rather than from a distance. Wade mentioned that there is a GOAT in every era of the game and that there will be no LeBron James in the NBA ever again. He also mentioned that the NBA still remembers Michael Jordan because fans took him for granted. Wade did not explicitly mention who the GOAT is but noted the presence of great players in every era.

Since retiring from the NBA for good seems like the three-time champion as it was revealed that he would be featured in a Netflix documentary.
