The Golden State Warriors ascended to the top of the NBA. After three years of waiting, Stephen Curry finally became a champion again. The finals was like a fairytale for Steph, as he won his first Finals MVP. However, without Andrew Wiggins, the Bay would have probably been down and out. Now, to the shock of the fans, the franchise may be trading their dark horse in the Finals.
When Wiggins joined the Warriors, he was more of a 3 and D player. The former number one overall pick came into a lineup with an elite scorer like Stephen Curry. Hence, Wiggins knew he won’t have the pressure of scoring the ball.
