Sippin’ Wine and Securing the Bag

In a recently resurfaced 3 year old “The Wine Down” weekly Friday Instagram live by Dwyane Wade, Ayesha talks about how it all started and not only does she showcases the bond that she shares with the Curry family but also does’nt hold back from giving major credit to Sonya Curry (Steph Curry’s Mother) and Sydel Curry (Steph Curry’s Sister) to give this business a kickstart.

She says, “Me and my Sister-in-law actually started this. One night at a birthday dinner I told his mom, you like a big bold cab and like the women in our family like a big bold cab and you’re a great representation of that. They were like hmmm big bold cab let’s get into it!”.

This is yet another addition to Ayesha’s already achieved stories of sucess from being a successful chef to hosting cooking shows to writing cook books, she has done it all. But this time, she humbly has given credit for it to the Curry’s and acknowledged that that’s how it all started.

What It Takes To Come This Far

During the Instagram live, Ayesha also spoke candidly about her experience as an entrepreneur over the years. “I feel like when you have purpose and a calling, things happen organically“, she acknowledged.

She also gave an insight into the hard work that goes behind the business. The long nights and the office nights, we never show that. I think for anybody to start doing something, just do it with conviction. There are a lot of nos before you get to a yes“, she said.

By building an empire with determination and willingness to put in the effort towards success and sharing a great bond with the Currys,  Ayesha Curry has redefined societal norms and conventional roles. With this, She continues to raise the bar for billionare wives.
