NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal is a huge fan of martial arts ever since his childhood. The four-time champion can be seen using martial art movie analogies a lot while speaking. So when he first found out about mixed martial arts, he was hooked and has been a massive fan of the sport ever since. The Los Angeles Lakers legend has been seen multiple times on the ringside. Furthermore, the Big Shaq used MMA training to be fit during the tail end of his playing career.

Interestingly, O’Neal once stated that MMA is the hardest sport. Recently, he shared an iconic video clip talking about UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Shaquille O’Neal shared the unbelievable Khabib Nurmagomedov story
Khabib Nurmagomedov is known for his legendary and hardcore training routines. UFC legend and analyst Chael Sonnen revealed a mind-boggling training routine of The Eagle which is bound to make anyone in awe of him. Shaquille O’Neal has now shared the video clip in his Instagram story. Sonnen revealed Nurmagomedov would have 90 minutes of training with five different fighters. He explained Khabib would fight one guy after the other until the guy basically gives up. He marveled Khabib was the only one standing after taking on five fighters.

Sonnen said, “And then when it was done, Khabib was standing up and all five guys were laying down. Just from exhaustion. He didn’t hurt them, it was a grappling workout.”
