The youngster was clad in a red sequined suit that was reminiscent of Dorothy’s ruby shoes from ‘The Wizard of Oz.’ His outfit included components from the classic movie and paid homage to his Kansas origins. Despite the attention his playing style attracted, Dick stayed committed to having a big impact on his new team, the Toronto Raptors, who took him with the No. 13 overall pick.
