Michael Jordan loves to spend his time on a golf course with some of the most well-known public figures in the country. One of his favorite golf courses is the Spring Hill Golf Club. It is ranked number 2 on the Business Journal’s 2022 list of tough courses in the Twin cities.

Recently, a former employee named Nancy Schuler filed a lawsuit against the private course on December 2. She claimed to have been wrongfully terminated for reporting several complaints about Spring Hill’s financial handling.?

As per a report,?“She is asking for a judgment in an amount exceeding $50, 000 to be determined by a jury at trial.”

Schuler has reportedly demanded a compensation of over $50,000, claiming that Spring Hill failed to pay her wage appropriately and fired her wrongfully.

Schuler makes shocking claims against Spring Hill Golf Club

Nancy Schuler worked at the Spring Hill Golf Course since March 2016.? She was fired earlier this year in April, weeks after raising concerns about the discrepancies in the club’s finances to the Board president Mark Johnson and Treasurer Joe Diegnan. In her lawsuit, Schuler alleged that the club allegedly failed to pay her salary and violated the whistleblower-retaliation laws.

Moreover, the lawsuit alleged that the private golf club ignored Schuler’s warning about illegal financial practices, including improper W-2 wage reporting, unreported cash income & expenditures, and ‘fronting’ money to members during the gambling events inside the club.
