Wearing their shoes through the first six games of the season, Dallas Mavericks star center Christian Wood announced his deal with the German giants.

Through seven games this season, Wood has become a crucial part of the Dallas offense. Embracing the role as a sixth man, the 27-year-old is putting up All-Star caliber numbers. Averaging 17.3 points and 8.4 rebounds, Wood is shooting a berserk 47% from three. His come-up will prove to be huge for the Mavericks as the season progresses. Lacking a quality big man, Doncic has now possibly found the perfect counterpart. And big things are probably in store for this side.
