Shaquille O’Neal, who is 50 right now, spoke about his workout pattern on GQ. He called it a “old man workout” when asked about it. In fact, the four-time NBA champion said that he does only 30-40 mins of cardio followed by chest, arms, biceps and triceps workouts.

He hilariously mentioned about the extra belly fat that he had developed and how he felt that it was a grave disorder. He named it CBOTBD. The abbreviation stands for Charles Barkley Over The Belt Disorder, which meant that his belly fat was going above his belt, which was a problem.
