76ers Legend Charles Barkley Gets Trolled After Massive Upset for Auburn by Miami in March Madness: “No One Wants to See That”

Following his team’s win, Hurricanes head coach Jim Larranaga gave a brief interview in which he talked about a quote by Charles Barkley, the legendary 76ers player. As a result, Barkley got trolled following Auburn’s massive upset by Miami in March Madness.

As the No.2 seed Auburn Tigers were setting themselves up to showcase their superlative performance for a Sweet 16 position. This would have been the sixth time in history that they would reach that level.

In addition, it would be their second time marking that position in the last four seasons. However, it did not go in their favor.

Playing against one of the strongest teams, the number 10 seed Miami Hurricanes, there were some powerful performances as well as highlights for the crowd. During the first half of the game, it was difficult to predict the outcome since both teams were neck and neck as the Hurricanes slowed down at one point.

However, the Hurricanes picked up the pace and played excellently in the second half to win by a score of 79-61.

Larranaga’s response to Charles’ statement went viral on the internet and received a lot of positive feedback supporting Hurricanes.

As part of the conference, the Miami coach also joked that he wanted to upset former Auburn star Charles, who promised to take his shirt off if the Tigers won.

He said, “I was tuned into the games before us. I listened to Charles Barkley tell the CBS crew that if Auburn won, he would take off his shirt and I thought to myself, man, no one wants to see that Chuck. So we did everything possible, to make it possible that he wouldn’t have to do that,Larranaga said.

Barkley responded to Larranaga as follows: This is all about Miami, man,” Barkley said. “I love my school. They had a good season … just a good season, not a great season. But they beat us today.”

In the end, Charles did not get the result he wanted, as we can see on his face. As a result of his statement, he became the center of attention as fans reacted in a huge way to it.
