Charles Barkley and strong criticism go hand in hand. The NBA legend rarely pulls punches when talking about a specific individual in relation to something he loves. Although this has got him in a beef with several people over the years, the 60-year-old doesn’t seem bothered by the clapback. In fact, Barkley’s issues with Kevin Durant are a constant word war between the two, which often goes out of line.

However, there is one other notable personality who Sir Charles is known to have a problem with. He has been on a relentless quest to criticize the well-known LeBron James hater for years now. In a not-so-surprising turn of events, the 71-year-old called him a clown on Twitter after Barkley’s recent comment.

Charles Barkley takes a jab at his long-time nemesis
Barkley has always been a person who speaks his mind. He calls it as he sees it and that is good and bad at the same time. Good because the audience gets to see a legend being upfront about how he feels, bad because it often puts Chuck on the wrong side for some people.
One of his favorite people to make fun of is Skip Bayless. Having called him a “punk” on several occasions, the Philadelphia 76ers legend doesn’t need a reason to go after him. In one such instance, Sir Charles talked about his long-time nemesis during The Match in Las Vegas.

The sports TV world is changing shape lately. Several notable figures have either left their shows or have been kicked out. Bayless was a part of one of the best shows on TV, UNDISPUTED with NFL legend Shannon Sharpe. Sharpe recently announced that he is leaving the show. Barkley decided to comment on that while taking shots at Bayless.

He said, “I want one of those jobs where I get fired…for working with an idiot.” Doubling down on the disrespect, Barkley said he wants, “one of those too,” where they take you out for working with an “idiot.”

Skip Bayless’ reply to Charles Barkley
Bayless has responded to Barkley’s comments a few times in the past. However, the number of times he has replied is not equal to Barkley calling him names. The recent comments from the NBA veteran were enough for Bayless to lose it, and he responded to him with a tweet.

Bayless tweeted, “Still chuckling over a clown calling me an idiot.” Although the tweet wasn’t addressed to anyone, fans added 1+1 and the conclusion was easy.
