Not many have a Hall of Fame resume and hundreds of millions of dollars like Shaquille O’Neal. Likewise, it is safe to assume the Los Angeles Lakers legend has had multiple successful romantic ventures barring his divorce from his ex-wife. However, it appears, on the most romantic day on the calendar, the 4x NBA champion often fell short of coming through. Understandably, someone like Shaq already has a lot on their plate. But getting out of a sticky situation of forgetting a present on Valentine’s day was seemingly not his forte. 

Interestingly, in the latest episode of the Big Podcast, the Big Aristotle harped on his Valentine’s day mishaps. Furthermore, he highlighted the most bizarre excuses he often handed out for forgetting Valentine’s day present. However, his co-host and guest, Nischelle Turner and Candace Parker, were left dumbfounded by the Big Man’s absurd antics.

In the latest of the Big Podcast, Shaquille O’Neal and Nischelle Turner were joined by WNBA legend Candace Parker. In the hour-long podcast, the hilarious trio touched on various topics ranging from the NBA to Hollywood. Moreover, the episode sported the theme of Valentine’s day. Likewise, O’Neal and the crew discussed some exciting stories on an eventful day from their past. 

While doing so, the Hall of Famer unveiled some of his biggest Valentine’s day mishaps and his worst shortcoming that turned off most women. Interestingly, the Big Man often forgot to get gifts for his partners on Valentine’s Day. However, to make it worse, the Big Aristotle handed out the most bizarre excuses to cover up. Likewise, in the episode, he unveiled the most outlandish excuse he once used, leaving Parker and Turner in utter disbelief. 

He revealed, “…we working, you know I had a bad day yesterday, or something may happen with the flower shop, the flower shop may have got burned down, I used that before, and it worked…I went on the internet and found a flower shop that burned down, took a screenshot, and sent it…aquitted of all charges.”
