Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider Rub Salt on Michael Jordan’s Wounds With Uplifting Visit to Heat Locker Room After Win vs Hornets

The Miami Heat got back into the win column after a two-game skid. The Heat snapped their losing streak as they were made to work by the Charlotte Hornets in an overtime victory. After the win, the Heat got special visitors in their locker room as Hollywood superstars Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider stopped by to meet the team to rub salt on Michael Jordan’s Hornets.
The Heat came into the game after two close losses to the Portland Trail Blazers and the Indiana Pacers. They have had a disappointing start to the season and looked to bounce back against the Hornets. And they did so but the Hornets made them sweat. The Heat had a 12-point lead in the fourth but they allowed the Hornets to crawl back in.

The Charlotte Hornets stormed back from the deficit, and they even took the lead in the fourth. The Miami Heat was able to secure a 2-point lead in the dying minutes, but Dennis Smith Jr tied the game with 30 seconds remaining. Once they were in overtime, the Heat took control and they held on to secure their fifth win of the season.

After the game, the Heat had some special visitors in the locker room, superstars Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider. The two stars were at the game and they seemed to enjoy it. Sandler was on a tour and he stopped by to meet the Heat players. The two met with the players and the head coach, and Sandler even quoted “You can do it!” from his classic Waterboy. They even joined the team huddle.

Jimmy Butler led the all-scorers as he poured in 35 points, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists. He scored the last 8 points for the Heat in regulation and he was the catalyst in overtime. Bam Adebayo added 18 points and 14 rebounds as six Heat players scored in double figures.

Kelly Oubre Jr had his best game of the season as he added 29 points,7 rebounds, and 7 assists. The Hornets missed the presence of LaMelo Ball and they have struggled all season with just three wins and 10 losses. Their next matchup is also against the Miami Heat and they will be looking to snap their seven-game losing streak.
