Celebrities and the NBA go hand in hand. Thanks to the insane popularity of the league, millions of fans around the world follow the games and stars. This includes celebrities as well. For instance, eminent Hollywood actor Adam Sandler is a good friend of NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal and is a Lakers fan as well.
Interestingly enough, the two have acted in films as well. When Sandler visited the sets of Inside the NBA, the crew decided to air some clips of Shaq and Sandler together. However, there was a twist.

The crew aired supercuts of Shaquille O’Neal in famous films starring Sandler! This sent the entire crew and fans on social media into a frenzy.

There is no denying Shaquille O’Neal is one of the greatest players ever. He won 5 NBA titles with the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat, alongside various other individual accolades.

Apart from his exploits on the basketball court, Shaq has had a successful career outside of it. He is a successful businessman and has acted in various Hollywood films as well!
One of his most famous appearances came in Grown Ups 2, starring Adam Sandler. Interestingly enough, when Sandler visited the sets of Inside the NBA, the crew decided to have some fun.

They showed a clip of a tiny Shaquille O’Neal struggling to take a leak in public while Sandler keeps a watch. This scene belongs to the film ‘Big Daddy’ which originally starred Cole Sprouse in place of Shaq.

The crew further shows the audience and Sandler various other scenes where Shaquille O’Neal has been edited digitally, which made the actor break out into a laugh. Moreover, fans on Instagram have gone into a frenzy as well.
One fan wrote, “Protect Adam Sandler at all cost!” While another fan wrote “Love them” with another user commenting “the last slide was so good.” Amidst all the comments complimenting the crew for their work, a fan wrote “A NH boy and a Lakers fan!! That’s just not right” in response to Sandler’s allegiance with the Lakers.
