Stephen Curry’s mother, Sonya Curry, has one of the toughest jobs in the world, taking care of her four grandkids. Her daughter, Sydel Curry recently shared a picture of her exhausted mom at a family gathering. Even though she let her guard down on that day, the 57-year-old matriarch has her own ways of dealing with kids. However, days after the gathering, Sonya received all the love from her daughter on her special day.

After the Golden State Warriors exited the playoff in the semifinal, the media attention has been all over the Curry family. However, Steph and his family have dealt with the postseason media attention with ease. Notably, the 2x NBA Champion has been busy on the business front as he launched his new liquor brand. Moreover, the superstar has also opened doors for romance with a special Instagram post. 

Stephen Curry’s mom celebrates her special day in style

The matriarch of the Curry family, Sonya, turned 57 on May 30, and her daughter, Sydel, couldn’t get enough of the day. The 28-year-old social media celebrity took to her Instagram stories with a series of video clips and pictures of her mom. She shared a video clip of her mom posing during a photo shoot with the caption, “It’s a real one’s birthday!!!” On the other end, Stephen Curry and Seth Curry’s wife, Callie Curry, also took to their IG stories to wish Sonya.

Additionally, she shared pictures, appreciating her duties as a mother and a grandmother. In one of the stories, Sydel captioned, “Thank you for all you do for our family.”

A few days back, Sydel Curry shared pictures from her family gathering in a setting close to nature. The gathering included all four grandkids in the Curry family. Sonya had a tough time performing her grandmamma duties! Sydel captioned a picture of her, “Grashie held it down tho for real cause 4 kids is,” with a spiral-eyed emoji. However, Sonya has always had ways to deal with her kids. For instance, she left her drunk daughter in a cold shower to figure out things for herself at a party, once!
