Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has had a stellar career so far. Despite missing over 140 games up until the 2021-22 season due to injuries, LeBron has managed to prove his worth on the court and establish himself as one of the greatest players in the NBA. Nevertheless, the last two seasons have been somewhat of a mishap for King James. Having suffered from an ankle injury, LeBron had to sit out 27 games during the 2020-21 season.

Although he did manage to take part in 45 games, it was evident that he was not in his best shape. As a result, the Lakers lost to the Phoenix Suns in the first round of playoffs and were eventually disqualified. Matters got worse for the Lakers as they failed to even make the playoffs in the 2021-22 season. LeBron again had to sit out of more than 20 games due to an abdominal injury. However, King James still managed to score an average of 30.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 6.2 assists per game.

The Lakers will arguably need LeBron for the upcoming season for any chances of competing for the championship title. Fortunately, LeBron might just be in a better shape than the previous seasons’ thanks to his lifestyle changes.

LeBron James adapts a healthier lifestyle

A news was recently posted by NBA reporter Mark Medina on Twitter, regarding the lifestyle changes of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James. Seems like the NBA star has made some changes to his diet during the offseason. When asked about plans for his 20th season, LeBron replied that he is focusing on living in a healthy way.

“I don’t know. But I think, first of all, being Black and understanding how heart rate and blood-pressure things run in my family, living a healthy lifestyle is very important. It’s not only to myself. But it’s about showing that to the kids and people all around. If that can translate to the game, cool. But it’s more about life.” said James.
