Kobe Bryant was one of the greatest basketball players in the world. To this day, his legacy as a Lakers’ legend is talked about. Kobe Bryant met his wife Vanessa Bryant in 1999 and soon enough, their love story began. The couple were engaged six months into their whirlwind romance, and they later tied the knot in the spring of 2001. During the course of their marriage, the pair welcomed four daughters: Natalia, Gianna, Bianka, and Capri.

Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna tragically lost their lives in January 2020. Along with 8 other passengers, the world lost a star in a helicopter crash. Vanessa Bryant has been a philanthropist for a long time now. Her personality in the world of sports makes her one of the strongest and lovable women. A special moment for the mother-daughter duo

Kobe won 5 NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers in his 20 years there. Surprisingly it was not the Lakers that drafted him. The Charlotte Hornets drafted him in 1996 as their 13th overall pick and traded him to the Lakers. An 18 year old Kobe made his debut for the Lakers on November 3rd, 1996. This was the start to a sparkling career of a man who would be remembered as a legend.
