Well, the news is in. Victor Oladipo will be traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder and is set to sign a contract of well over $9 million. It’s disappointing to see Oladipo depart from the city of Miami after having a decent spell with the team. He was recently seen sharing his thoughts about Dwyane Wade in a conversation.
Oladipo’s career took off after the Orlando Magic shipped him to OKC in 2016. 7 years later, he returns to the city where his career got a second wind. Candidly, Oladipo expressed, “Dwyane has a lot of responsibility for my success as a human being but most importantly as an athlete. Just because he was a role model for me.”

Recently, fans learned that the Miami Heat legend will be featuring in a Netflix documentary called, “The Dads”. The documentary is about the parents of LGBTQ children. It displays those who go against society by taking a stand for their kids.

Wade said he is excited for the documentary “to bring awareness to a cause that is so close to my heart.”
“The Dads shows us the power of fathers loving and supporting their LGBTQ children, breaking through the barriers of prejudice, embracing diversity,” explained the three-time champion.

With his foray into NBA ownership and recent whispers about a WNBA collab, Wade certainly seems to be thriving in retirement. As such, fans are excited to see the three-time champion in a Netflix documentary.
