“This MF Don’t Miss”: Stephen Curry’s “Thoughtful” Gesture for Son Canon During Win vs Clippers Leaves NBA Fans in Disbelief

Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors went home happy after a 17-point victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. While Curry bagged 22 points in the game, he also decided to make his son Cannon Curry’s day. Curry’s gesture left the NBA world not only in a state of awe but also in disbelief.

During a timeout, members of the Warriors entertainment team entered the court and interacted with the fans. The interactions included throwing a bunch of Warriors merch in the stands. Curry decided to have some fun too. First, he threw a Warriors shirt to a spectator in the stand, thereby making a boy feel very special. Following this, he took another shirt and threw it across to where his son Canon and wife Ayesh were sitting. Instantly, NBA Twitter reacted to this moment.

NBA Twitter left in disbelief by Stephen Curry

While fans acknowledged Stephen Curry‘s gesture as “thoughtful”, they were quick to comment about the accuracy of his throw. “This MF don’t miss,” said one fan in particular. Curry’s throw was rather perfect as it went straight into the hands of his wife Ayesha Curry. Many couldn’t fathom how Curry does this time and again. “How did he do that?” was a recurring question. To this, one fan said, “Yes I’ve asked that for majority of his career.”

Warriors win against the Clippers

The win against the LA Clippers was the 7th straight victory at home for the Warriors. In the game, fans saw the likes of Andrew Wiggins and Draymond Green finally stepping up. While Curry and Klay Thompson were double-teamed by the Clippers, Wiggins capitalized on the situation. He registered a season-high of 31 points while Draymond Green bagged 12 assists.

Coach Steve Kerr had some high words of praise for Wiggins. Kerr commented about Wiggins’ consistency on the floor, and said, “He’s shooting the lights out.” Kerr also stated that Wiggings is very comfortable with the team and the Warriors’ gameplay.

Draymond Green believed that the team is finally playing “Warriors basketball.” He spoke about how the team’s balance and better ball movement on the court are helping them defensively. However, the Warriors have a long way to go before sealing a spot in the playoffs. They still need to win consistently on the road.
