After the Suns leveled the series 1-1, a ‘cold shoulder’ incident between Chris Paul and Kawhi Leonard sent the NBA world into a frenzy.

However, in game 2, the big three of the Phoenix side hit back to level the series. The final scoreline of 123-109 makes it seem like the Suns comfortably blew past their opponents. However, that wasn’t the case. Chris Paul, Devin Booker, and Kevin Durant collectively fought back against the LA side to come back in a game, where they trailed by 12 points at one point in time. Additionally, Chris Paul achieved a personal milestone after breaking his 9-year-old curse of losing in 13 consecutive playoff games with Scott Foster as an official. The 37-year-old Suns’ star was so desperate to break the jinx that he hilariously ‘pleaded’ Foster to let Paul have atleast one of the 14 games in their unusual history.
