While speaking at the Summer Bridge Program, Zion Williamson’s stepfather Anderson Lee subtly addressed the recent events, assuring he stands by the two-time All-Star.

“That?s my son and I love him. You know, when I was a child, I walked like a child. I talked like a child, did childish things. But when I became a man, what I understood is that God blessed me. So all I?m gonna say this morning is believe half of what you see and nothing you hear. That?s all I?m gonna say. I stand by my son 100%.? said Lee about the recent social media scandal.

After his empathetic message, he went straight to Zion to share an embrace. It has been a grueling week for the Pelicans forward, who has had to deal with the constant berating on social media. His moment of happiness was soon replaced with horror following the allegations. There is still no news on whether the series of events proposed by Mills are true. Nor has Williamson directly addressed any of the allegations.
