In his rookie season with the Lakers, Reaves played 61 games and averaged 7.3 points per game. However, in the 2022-23 season, Reaves showed significant improvement, playing 64 games and averaging 13.0 points per game.
During the season, he exhibited his scoring abilities by achieving a career-high 35 points in a game against the Orlando Magic. He demonstrated his versatility on the court by recording his first triple-double during a matchup against the Denver Nuggets.
