Today, guards dominate the game of basketball. However, that was not always the case prior to the big men era. One of the pioneers in this regard is the Hall of Fame center, Bill Russell. Ever since retirement, Russell has had many funny moments. Now, it seems he is continuing the trend by challenging Shaquille O’Neal as well as Candace Parker’s daughter.
Russell is one of the most successful basketball players of all time. With 11 championships to his name, no one is close to catching up to him anytime soon. Moreover, he and Wilt Chamberlain paved the way for future big men. Likewise, O’Neal has a lot of respect for Bill Russell for being one of the pioneers of his position.

Russell put out a Twitter post and issued a challenge to Shaquille O’Neal and also Candace Parker’s daughter.

Bill Russell issues UNO challenge to Shaquille O’Neal
Bill Russell has had many funny moments as a legend which are memorable. From flicking the finger to Charles Barkley to telling legendary big men he would kick their behind, Russell has done it all. However, now it seems his competitiveness is moving away from the game and going to the game of UNO.
He put out a Twitter post and warned Shaquille O’Neal about his UNO skills. Moreover, he also called out Candace Parker’s daughter and said he wants to compete with her next. The picture he shared saw the 11-time champion with no cards in his hands while the opponent had a stack full of them.

It seems winning eight straight championships and 11 in total was not enough for Russell. Candace Parker was quick to reply and said she loves the competition. The two-time champion also said she feels UNO needs to make a championship ring as that is the only way she can ever pass the legendary tally of Russell.

The competitiveness will sure be big in that room as all three stars are extremely charged when it comes to winning. However, Parker and O’Neal may be in an unfavorable situation against the legend.
