Billionaire NBA legend LeBron James is a winner in all senses. Not only has he built himself a business empire apart from his legendary career in the NBA, but he also has a massive fan following.

‘King’ James as he is commonly known, has millions of followers across all social media platforms. Interestingly enough, his social media followings make him a member of an elite club featuring names like Elon Musk and Rihanna.

LeBron James belongs to an elite list of Billionaires

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is one of the most recognizable celebrities in the world. In addition, he is quite active on his social media accounts.

He falls short only to Rihanna, Elon Musk, Kim Kardashian, and Bill Gates. Although NBA legend Michael Jordan has a higher net worth than James, he does not have a personal social media account. Due to this reason, it will be very tough for Jordan to beat James in this regard.

The same applies to Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry. The four-time NBA champion is estimated to become a billionaire in the near future thanks to his deal with Under Armor. However, he is nowhere near James when it comes to followers. Curry currently has 17.1 million followers on Twitter.

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers have not had the best of starts. However, he has been winning constantly off the court. Before the start of the 2022-23 NBA season, James signed a massive contract extension with the team.

According to reports, the deal is worth $97.1 million for two years. This makes him the highest earner in NBA history taking him above Kevin Durant. The new contract takes his earnings to $532 million across his long career in the NBA.
