The foundation, as of now has fed 25 million kids, raised $2.5 million on literacy grants, and has given out over 500k books. But the four-time NBA Champion didn’t wait to become a near billionaire to help people in need. The Golden State Warriors superstar understood how privileged he was and decided to share his newly earned money in the community. Hence, Curry distributed $100 Bills in the Bay Area to the less fortunate when he was just a rookie.

Curry entered the league in 2009, dropping out of college with a year left on his degree. It turned out to be a good decision for him but he never forgot about the people who don’t get such opportunities.
